I have 35+ years as a medical billing expert. I recently sold my medical billing company, ABA Therapy Billing Services, LLC., which was a billing company for Autism providers. I founded and ran my company from 2010 until 2025. I am a two-time medical billing text-book author, and I taught medical billing and coding at 3 NJ colleges and trade schools in the early 2000's. This service is for the provider who wishes to only have their claims submitted and nothing else; No EOBs posted, No mailing of Client-due balances.

This service is for the provider who wishes for more comprehensive services: claims submission, EOB posting, and mailing of client-due balances.
03.
This service is for providers who are out-of-network with insurance and wish to have CMS-1500 claims created for their clients so that they may submit to their insurance for reimbursement.
Fees for Services
Unlike most billing companies, I do not charge you a %! The OIG is very strict on this and frowns highly on this as it can be considered fee-splitting! My rate is a per-claim fee for all 3 service-types.
